The Sicilian Pizza at Palermo’s Pizza in Lake Ariel featured an impressive looking and tasting crust. The dough was of medium thickness with a crispy outer edge and bottom and soft tender center. The sauce was super flavorful with some herbal notes and natural sweetness from using quality tomatoes. The cheese was also quite flavorful and pulled the whole pizza together. This pizza was reviewed about 45 minutes after it was baked and placed into a box, which makes the high score even more impressive!
