I Tried the Grandma Pizza and it had a TON of Flavor
Mamma Maria's Pizza is a casual eatery serving pizza, pasta, hoagies and classic Italian entrees in a low-key atmosphere. It's conveniently located at 934 Memorial Boulevard in Tobyhanna, PA near a commercial business park and the Pocono Mountains Municipal Airport.

I called to place an order and requested whatever Mamma Maria's most popular pizza was, and the friendly gentleman on the phone told me the Grandma Pizza was selling most frequently so I opted for that. Grandma pizza continues to be added to menus around NEPA, and it's a great balance between thick and thin crusts, and paves the way for use of robust and hearty marinara sauces like the flavorful and garlicky sauce that Mamma Maria's created. The crust on this pizza was of medium thickness, and it was tender, chewy, and lightly crisp on the bottom. The cheese was presumably a quality mozzarella, and was topped with the aforementioned marinara. To see more of my review, check out the video below:
